  • Sam Rosaia

    Physician Assistant

I began my medical career in nursing after graduating from the University of Washington in 2014. While working as an operating room nurse at Community Medical Center, I had the privilege of assisting Dr. Suprenant in surgery for six incredible years. During this time, I chose to advance my education to further provide care for the great patients of Montana. After ten fulfilling years in nursing, I proudly graduated from Yale University’s Physician Assistant program in 2024.

Joining Dr. Suprenant and her dedicated team at Wellspring Health is a dream come true, and I am honored to be on this journey with you. Outside of my professional life, I love exploring Montana’s stunning rivers, lakes, and mountains with my husband and our yellow lab, Dude. I enjoy hosting dinner parties and game nights, baking delicious treats, backcountry snowmobiling, skiing, and pouring my creativity into renovating our historic farmhouse in the Bitterroot Valley.

  • Jennifer Stickney

    Medical Assistant

I have been a Certified Medical Assistant in general and plastic surgery for a combined 22 years. I am a mom to three grown “kids”, Bridger, Trevor and Carson and a grandma to one very special boy, Fisher; they are the greatest joys of my life.

I have been married to by best friend, Cal for two years and we thrive on spending every available minute in the outdoors of our native Montana. Summers consist of backpacking, fishing or floating the tranquil rivers, mountain lakes and streams. In the winter months we enjoy skiing or snowmobiling in the scenic backcountry with our friend and family. Time spent outdoors is rejuvenating, relaxing and bring us the peace we can’t find anywhere else.
